My Vacuum Doesn’t Turn On Or Stops Whilst In Use

No Power

If you are not seeing any signs the unit is charging, please unplug the unit for 10-15 minutes.
Check the plug and connector pin for any signs of damage. If the charger is damaged please get in contact with customer care for a replacement.

Remove the battery from the unit, refer to the user manual for your model for the steps for your Vacuum. Ensure there is no damage to the pins before reinserting the battery firmly to the main unit. The unit can then be plugged back into the powerpoint.

If the unit does not display the charging indicator please contact our Customer Care Team.

Please ensure you've left the device to charge for roughly 10 hours before trying to turn on the vacuum. If this does not resolve the issue after charging please try the following steps:

  1. Remove the unit from the charger
  2. Turn the unit off from the power switch
  3. Remove battery
  4. Press down the power button and hold it down for 10-15 seconds
  5. Wait for 20 seconds
  6. Reinsert battery
  7. Turn the unit back on from the power switch

Don't keep the trigger pressed or the vacuum will stop after 5 seconds.

Vacuum Stopping Whilst In Use

These devices are quite powerful and when fully charged should operate for around 20 minutes.
Please be aware that it is quite normal for battery capacity to deteriorate over time. The rate of deterioration depends on the number of charge cycles.

If you're having any issues with operation, confirm that the roller brush and filters are clean and free of any build-up that could potentially block the system. This includes tangled hair.

These blockages can cause the unit to stop operation due to internal overheating protection.

If this does not resolve the issue please try the following steps;

  1. Remove the unit from the charger
  2. Turn the unit off from the power switch
  3. Remove battery
  4. Press down the power button and hold it down for 10-15 seconds
  5. Wait for 20 seconds
  6. Reinsert battery
  7. Turn the unit back on from the power switch

Don't keep the trigger pressed or the vacuum will stop after 5 seconds.
