Prior to attempting the following steps if you are experiencing any issues with your TV, it is highly suggested that you first perform a power cycle.
Power cycles can fix a variety of issues with your TV and is highly recommended to give it a try.
Performing a Power Cycle
- Put the TV in standby mode using the power button on your remote.
- Turn the TV off at the power outlet located on the wall.
- Unplug the TV from the outlet for approximately 5 minutes.
- Plug the TV back in and turn on the power outlet.
Performing A Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset please follow the steps below using your remote.
- Press the settings icon
- Using the directional buttons on your remote, highlight support and press select.
- Scroll to Reset to Initial Settings and press select.
Performing A Software Update
Please note: An internet connection is required for a Software Update. Please refer to your product user guide to set up an internet connection. |
To perform a software update please follow the steps below using your remote.
- Press the settings icon
- Using the directional buttons on your remote, highlight support and press select.
- Select Software Update and press select.
Please note: If your System is running the latest firmware you will not be able to perform an update, please check back at a later date to see if there is one available. |
