If you have ordered a sofa cover and are concerned about its colour, this guide should help assist you.
Once you have received your cover, first check the item details on the packaging and confirm the details match the item description on your order confirmation. Remove the cover from its packaging and inspect it.
If the cover appears to be a different shade of colour than you were expecting, this could be caused by two things:
- All of our Sofa covers are photographed in studio lighting, which is very strong. Your sofa may not be as well lit if you do not have it near natural light during the day or have it under a strong light.
- Some monitors may display colours more vividly than others, and add an artificial brightness to the colour. For example, some monitors may display a blue brighter than it is in reality.
We recommend ensuring that your sofa cover is in a well-lit environment and is completely spread out on your sofa.
