If a past purchase is not showing up on our account, you may need to manually link it.
To do this, you will need to go to the Order Confirmation email for the purchase and click the "View Order" button.
When you click this button, you will be taken to the website and asked to either log in to your account or create a new one.
Once this is completed, your Order History will be updated and the purchase will be visible.
Please note: you can only link your order to an account that has the same email address used to make this purchase. If you checked out with an email address that is different, you will be unable to link it.
