If you are finding that you are no longer able to access the internet on your iOS device, there are a few things to check.
Firstly, check that you are in an area with good reception and that you have multiple bars of reception at the top left of your iPhone.
Next, check that Airplane Mode is off. To do this, drag down from the top right of the screen to open the control centre, and then tap the Airplane Mode button if it is illuminated.
Cellular / Mobile Data
If you have confirmed that you have strong reception and Airplane Mode is off, check that cellular or mobile data is turned on. To do this:
Open the Control Centre by swiping down from the top right-hand corner.
Touch the mobile data icon.
Long hold for more advanced options.
Navigate Cellular > Cellular Data.
Touch the toggle to enable.
