If your vacuum suddenly turns off after starting, it may be overloaded. This is typically caused by a blockage or tangled debris.
First, look through both ends of the main tube to see if there are any blockages or if debris is caught in the tube, and remove.
Next, remove the roller brush from the roller brush head, and check that the pin that holds the roller brush head is not tangled or covered with debris.
Lastly, check if the filter is dirty or blocked, as shown below:
