If you find that your Kogan 2000W Panel Heater is turning off unexpectedly, or it is not heating your room properly, this may be due to the sensor within the unit.
When the target temperature is set, the heater will continue to emit heat until the target temperature is achieved. However, the thermostat is located on the heater and the air surrounding the heater is generally warmer than average room temperature, which can cause the heater to turn off sooner than expected.
To avoid the heater automatically stopping before the room has reached the target temperature, please set the heater to the maximum setting and once the heater is warmed up, adjust its temperature as necessary.
If you find that your heater is still not working following this, or you have any other questions or concerns, you can contact our Support Team via your order history.
