There may be some slight differences in shoe sizing between brands.
Even if you are used to a particular size or brand, we still recommend that you view our Sizing Chart prior to making your purchase.
The same brand may have variations in sizes across different years or batches or manufacturing locations.
For your convenience, an up-to-date sizing chart will be made available on each footwear listing.
Here Is How To Find Your Best Size:
- Measure both feet from the back of your heel to your longest toe.
- Note down the measurement of your longest foot in centimetres. We recommend adding 1.5cm to your measurement for comfort.
- Match this measurement to the size on the product listing.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the next size up. The shoes should be snug and not allow your foot to slide around, do not apply force to stretch the shoe over your heel.
How Our Shoes Are Measured
The length in centimetres is measured from toe to heel down the centre of the shoe as shown below. This measurement is not taken from underneath of the shoe or along the side.
This is an indication of the maximum space allowed for your foot to fit, therefore if you prefer not to have a tight fit we recommend adding 1.5cm to your foot measurement.
If You Have Received The Wrong Size Shoe
If you believe that you have received the wrong size shoe despite following the sizing chart, please contact our Customer Care team. Ensure to hang onto the box and keep the tags on the item.
Please ensure that you refer to the sizing chart to outline the differences in size.
Any photograph - with the measurements in centimetres - being different to the chart would be extremely helpful.
