Wi-Fi Connection Guide for Kogan SmarterHome™ Full HD Slim Wireless Smart Video Doorbell with Chime - (KAFHDSLDBELA)

To connect your Kogan Slim Wireless Smart Video Doorbell please follow the steps below:

1. Click the “+” button on the top right corner.
2. Select “Doorbell” in Home Security.
3. Click the “Other Mode” on the right top corner.
4. Select “EZ Mode”.
5. Hold the Reset button located behind the unit for 5 seconds or until an audio prompt is heard, and the indicator light should flash.
6. Click on the red “Next Step” button.
7. Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network details, click on “Confirm” and then select “Continue”.
8. Go back to the app and wait for the pairing process to be completed.

Please note: Your doorbell is unable to connect to a 5GHz network, please ensure you are attempting to connect to a 2.4GHz network.
