How to Factory Reset your Kogan SmarterHome™ Smart Plug With Energy Meter - (KASPEMHA, KASPEMHA2P, KASPEMHA4P)

To factory reset your Smart Plug:

1. Plug in your Smart Plug and hold the only button on it for 5 seconds or until you hear a click.
2. The green indicator light above the button will begin to flash rapidly. This means the Smart Plug is in the WiFi Connect Mode.
3. Perform Step 1 again once more to enter AP Mode on your Smart Plug. The green indicator light will begin to blink slowly (once every 2-3 seconds)
4. Proceed to add the Smart Plug to your SmarterHome™ account as per the user manual in either the WiFi Connect Mode or AP Mode accordingly.
