Safety & Warnings
- Read these instructions and illustrations carefully before using the appliance.
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
- The use of any accessories or parts from other manufacturers will void the warranty.
- Don’t use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts is damaged.
- Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
- Always put the main appliance on a flat, dry and clean surface.
- Don’t touch the blade, especially when the appliance is running. They are very sharp. Only hold the upper part of the blade while removing or re-inserting it.

- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Never let the appliance run unattended.
- Switch the appliance off and wait until moving parts have stopped running before detaching and installing any accessory.
- Never immerse the main appliance in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Use only a moist cloth to clean the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance immediately after use.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications as:

- Never abruptly increase the speed when the temperature is above 60°C.
- When processing hot food (at temperatures above 60°C), don’t touch the measuring cup or press the pulse button.
- For your own safety, do not overfill the jug or steamer. Overfilling may result in leaking of contents and can cause permanent damage to the unit.

Assembly Instructions
Chopping Blade
Put the chopping blade lock on jug base and rotate clockwise to lock it (see above).
Caution:
The blade is very sharp. Handle it with care. Only hold the upper part of the blade! The food to be chopped or cooked may leak out and damage the appliance. While removing the blade, hold the upper part and rotate anticlockwise to release.
Jug
- Totally capacity: 2.5 litres
- Working maximum capacity: 1.75 litres
- Take care: To ensure safe usage, never exceed maximum capacity (1.75L).
Caution
The above “Hot surface” logo on the jug indicates that the marked item can be hot and should not be touched without taking care.
Air Proof Ring
Installed above.
Jug Assembly/Removal
- Align and insert jug onto the base. Note spout on the back of the machine.
- Rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Assemble the measuring cup.
To remove, switch off the appliance and follow the above steps in reverse.
Warning:
- The appliance is fitted with a safety lock between the bowl and the main unit. The appliance will not work unless the lid has been closed properly.
- There is a danger of burns from the food, never try and force open the lid of the bowl. Open the lid of the bowl only after the food prepared has stopped mixing.

Control Panel
Temperature
Press to cycle between available temperatures.
Timer
- Press to enter time setting and use the buttons labelled "+" and "–" to increase and decrease. The time can be set between 0 and 99 minutes in 30-second intervals.
- If time is set, the appliance timer will count down until the set time is reached, at which point it will automatically stop.
- If time is not set, it will count up until the appliance is stopped.
- If only speed is set, the operation time will be limited to 5 minutes.

When the jug’s internal temperature reaches 60°C, the Pulse function will be disabled.
On/Off
- Press when setting a DIY or Auto program to start or pause the machine (except during operations with the speed knob).
- Press and hold 2 seconds to reset.
Soup (Automatic program)
Under standby mode, press “Soup” and the relevant indicator will illuminate; press On/Off to start operation. Has 3 automatic programs.
Dessert (Automatic program)
Under standby mode, press “Dessert” and the relevant indicator will illuminate; press On/Off to start operation. Has 4 automatic programs.
Dough (Automatic program)
Under standby mode, press “Dough” and the relevant indicator will illuminate; press On/Off to start operation. Has 1 automatic program.
Slow Cook (Automatic program)
Under standby mode, press “Slow Cook” and the relevant indicator will illuminate; press On/Off to start operation. Has 4 automatic programs.
LED Display
- The LED shows the timer’s progress (see Timer).
- The LED shows “P1…P4” when an auto program is set.
The LED screen will turn off automatically after 5m; touch any button to turn light on.
Operating Modes
Mode 1: Mixing Only
For general food preparation.
- Assemble the jug with chopping blade and cover. Plug the Thermoblend in.
- Set the desired time (maximum: 5 minutes) and speed. Press On/Off and the appliance will begin mixing.
- The appliance will beep and automatically stop when the operation is complete.
- Remove the bowl from the appliance and remove processed food from the bowl.
Caution:
- The blade is very sharp. Handle it with care and only hold the upper part of the blade.
- For processing hard food such as coffee beans and almonds, don’t chop for longer than 40 seconds. Rest for at least 10 minutes before the next operation.
- The suggestion maximum of kneading dough is 250g.
Mode 2: Heating Only
For heating baby food, risotto, marmalade, vegetable soup, etc.
- Assemble the jug and cover. Plug the Thermoblend in.
- Set the desired time (maximum: 60 minutes) and speed. Press On/Off and the appliance will begin heating.
- The appliance will beep and automatically stop when the operation is complete.
- Remove the bowl from the appliance and remove processed food from the bowl.
Caution:
- Don’t touch the metal part of the bowl or blade while it is hot; only hold the handle.
- Never heat up the bowl when it is empty.
- Don’t heat more than 500ml of milk.
Mode 3: Heating and Mixing
For preparing baby food, risotto, marmalade, soups, etc.
- Assemble the jug with chopping blade and cover. Plug the Thermoblend in.
- Set the desired time (maximum: 60 minutes) and speed. Press On/Off and the appliance will begin heating and mixing.
- The appliance will beep and automatically stop when the operation is complete.
- Remove the bowl from the appliance and remove processed food from the bowl.
Caution:
- Don’t touch the metal part of the bowl or blade while it is hot; only hold the handle.
- Never heat up the bowl when it is empty.
- Don’t heat more than 500ml of milk.
- When the temperature is 60°C or higher, set speed to level 3 or higher.
Mode 4: Steaming
For preparing vegetables with meat, sausages, steamed fish, etc.
Please follow the steps
- Assemble jug and add water (between 0.5L and 1.75L).
- Cover the bowl lid without the measuring cup.
- Assemble the steamer and plug the Thermoblend in.
- Choose operation (heating mode or heating + mixing mode optional).
Tip: Ensure the air-proof ring is installed on the bowl lid and then cover the bowl lid.

Cleaning & Care
- Turn off and remove the plug from the socket before cleaning.
- Don’t immerse the jug in water.
- Remove the blade from the bowl. Clean the inside and outside of the bowl. Always keep the contact pins at the bottom of the bowl clean and dry. Only wipe the contact pins with a wet cloth.
- Unscrew the screw ring and remove all parts of the attachment. Don’t clean the metal bowl in the dishwasher.
- Never use pointed or sharp objects for cleaning as this may damage functional parts or affect the safety of the appliance.
- The blades are very sharp: handle with care.
- Wash all parts in hot soapy water and clean immediately after use. Rinse with clear hot water and dry immediately.
- Lubricate the blades with vegetable oil.
- Only wipe the main appliance with a damp soft cloth!
- If the bowl or blade is hard to clean, you can add some hot soapy water in the bowl and run the appliance at speed 1 for a few seconds.
