The measurement results of this product are for reference only, not for medical use.

- Do not let the device come into contact benzene, thinner or other chemicals.
- Do not let the watch come into contact with strong magnetic fields.
- Do not wear it during a shower.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair it yourself.
- Do not throw it in a fire as there will be an explosion risk.
- The water protection rating applies to clean, fresh, still water. The watch should not come into contact with salt or chlorinated water.
Charge the device fully before its first use. The device will automatically switch on once it is charged. The time and date of the device will be automatically synchronised once it is paired to a phone.
Download the “iConnect BY Timex 2” App from the Apple Store or Google Play and install the App onto the iPhone or Android device compatible with Bluetooth 4.0.

Shows alternative dials
|It displays the total number of steps, calories and distance for the day. The activity date can also be viewed in the app after connecting the watch.|

Personal Data Settings
After installing the app, enter settings and click on the top profile to enter the personal data settings page. In order to estimate the calorie consumption more accurately, it is recommended to set the personal information in the App as accurate as possible.
- Turn on Bluetooth in your phone’s settings.
- Scan for devices, locate the device and tap “Pair”.
- Accept permissions if prompted.
The watch automatically synchronises data after pairing/connecting with a smartphone. Data includes steps, calories, distance, date and time, heart rate and sports. Or you can manually synchronise data by clicking the floating button.
You need to wear the watch at night if you want to track sleep data. The watch will monitor your entire sleep schedule and analyse the quality of your sleep according to your nocturnal movements.
Heart Rate Detection
Manual detection: Enter the application, click "Monitor" to monitor in the health interface and the measurement process lasts for 2 minutes. Since the App can't carry out measurements of heart rate at the same time, don't switch the interface when measuring your heart rate. When the interface is switched, the watch will stop measuring. The figure below shows the heart rate page.
Calling and Message Reminder
Notifications can be received through the watch in the notification settings. Accept permissions if prompted.
Go to the notification page to enable activity reminders. Set the start time and end time. If the user is not active for 1 hour, the device will vibrate to remind the user.
Water Drinking Reminder
Go to the notification page to enable drinking water reminders. Set the start time and the device will remind you to rehydrate.
After connecting to the phone, navigate to Device > Alarm Settings and add a new alarm. The watch will vibrate when the set alarm time is reached. The alarm clock can be set daily or the day of a week and you can create up to 5 alarm clocks.
Remote Camera Control
After connecting to the phone, navigate to Device > Camera. Turn on the phone camera and tap on the touch button of the device to take the photo.
Feedback can be sent any time by navigating to About Us > Feedback.
