Safety & Warnings
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This product can draw a large amount of power in certain circumstances. It is essential that the device is connected to a grounded power supply that has been installed by a professional inline with Australian Standards.
- This product should not share an outlet or powerboard with other devices, as doing so may trip the mains power, or could potentially damage your product.
- Always use a surge protected power board to power the device.
- Please make sure the appliance is working on a grounded power supply.
- Ensure the unit is unplugged from a power supply when repairing or cleaning the unit.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not pull the power plug or seize it from the socket when it is in use.
- Never submerge the appliance into water or other liquids.
- Do not add hot water into the water tank, otherwise, it may deform. Do not fill the water tank with a cleaning solution as this may damage the water tank.
- To avoid being scalded, please pull out and insert the steam tube after the appliance cools down completely. Do not handle the steam tube while it is still hot.
- After use, cut off the power and pour out the remaining water after waiting for the appliance to cool down completely.
- It is advised to use pure water in the unit and no solutions.
- During the use of this appliance, the magnetic valve (steam release valve) automatically turns off when the tank is empty. In order to avoid danger, if you want to continue to add water for use after the tank has emptied, please turn off the steam switch and wait for the unit to cool down.
- The appliance must be unplugged after use and before cleaning or maintenance of the appliance.
Care should be taken when using the appliance, due to the emission of steam.
Protection System
- Thermostat: The power supply can be automatically cut off when the boiler has a water shortage so it can ensure appliance safety by maintaining the set temperature inside.
- Thermal Link: When the thermostat is damaged or failed, the thermal fuse will cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
Warning:
- Do not use the appliance in environments other than residential settings.
- Please cut off the power when you are changing attachments.
- Only use and assemble the appliance according to this user manual.
Assembly Instructions
Take out the appliance from the box and spread out the power cord.
Take out the supporting bar and insert it into the right hole of the base, then lock it.
Take out the hanger and assemble the hook to the left side of the hanger. Then insert the hanger on the top of the support pole.
Lift down the hood of the connecting hole, take out the ironing brush, align the plug of ironing brush and insert it into the corresponding hole on the machine body. Tighten it clockwise. After use, please pull out the ironing brush and cover the hood.
If required, take out the fur brush, align the plastic clasps at bottom of the fur brush and clip it into the metallic snap-close at the bottom of the ironing brush. Do this in a reverse order to remove the fur brush from the ironing brush.
Operation
Ironing
- Place the assembled machine on a flat and stable floor. Adjust the height and spread of the hanger as required and hang the clothes on it. Ensure there is enough water in the water tank and the tank is inserted properly. Connect the power plug to power and select the appropriate heat. Let the machine preheat for about 40 seconds; wait for steam from the ironing brush.

- Start ironing from the main section of the cloth, gently hold the lower hem by hand to make the fabric is taut and iron the rippled fibres out with the hot steam (as shown in Picture 2)
- Gently press the metal panel of ironing brush on the clothes, move the brush up and down at such a speed, so that the steam penetrates the fibres appropriately for hot forming.
- After ironing the main section, iron the specific parts from top to bottom (i.e. Sleeves). When ironing a collar, you may fold the whole collar back and hold one end of the collar taut with your hand, move the ironing brush horizontally (as shown in Picture 3). Be careful of the hot steam as this may cause scalding.
- When ironing the sleeves, pull the sleeves straight and taut, and move the ironing brush along the sleeves (as shown in Picture 4).
- After ironing the front of the clothes, turn the clothes over to iron the back.

Cleaning & Care
- Purified water is recommended in order to avoid contaminating the textiles. The contents of mineral substances differ in various kinds of water, so there may be sediment to respective extents if the unit is used with water of different qualities, which can cause the steam flow to lessen, be intermittent or even stop.
- For better maintenance clean the machine after using for a certain period, preferably cleaning just after use and after the unit has cooled.
Cleaning the water tank and filter
Cleaning frequency:
Clean every 1 month or when 20L of water has been consumed, the period may be prolonged or shortened according to the actual water quality.
Precautions:
Before cleaning, turn off the power supply, pull out the plug and let the machine cool down.
Cleaning steps:
- Pour the remnant water out of the tank.
- Unscrew the tank filter in an anti-clockwise direction.
- Take apart the filter; rinse all its accessories as well as the water tank in clear water.
- Put the filter back into the bottom of the tank and tighten it clockwise.
Using the water outlet to clean the heating element

Cleaning steps:
Turn off the power supply, pull out the plug. Take down the support pole and tank and place the turned over unit on carpet to avoid scratching. Lift the hood of cleaning hole, unscrew the cleaning plug with a flat-head screwdriver and take it out.
Rinse the cleaning plug and remove the sediments from the plug with use of iron wire. Clean the inner section with the same method, get rid of the dirt and rinse it. After this, replace the cleaning plug and cover the hood of cleaning hole.
Daily maintenance
In order to increase the unit’s lifespan, users must follow daily maintenance.
- Correctly use the product according to the user manual. After each use, cut off the power, unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before handling or moving.
- After the appliance cools down, pour any remaining water out of the water tank. Clean and dry the water tank and then place it on the base plate.
- Remove the multi-function plug. Use a cleaning cloth to clean and dry components of brush or spray.
- Remove the hanger, clothes rack and support bar. Then use a cleaning cloth to clean them and dry.
After every use, wait for the appliance to completely cool down, unscrew the release water nut and pour remaining water out of the boiler. Then clean the boiler and dry. - Put all components which have been cleaned into the box for storage, then stored it in a ventilated, dry place.
