If you have found that you are unable to use your Kogan ThermoBlend, please check that the main power switch is on.
This is located at the bottom of the device next to the foot, as shown in the diagram below.
Please also ensure that the lid is locked and sealed properly and the stirring cup has been fully inserted, as shown below. If the lid or stirring cup are not in place, the device will not start.
