Performing a reset can resolve many software related issues. To perform a reset, please follow the steps below:
- Press the Home button on your Gear Fit 2.
- Go to Touch Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Gear info.
- Scroll down and tap Reset Gear.
- Tap Factory Reset.
- Tap the check mark.
