Assembly & Installation
The first step to get your new TV set up and ready to watch is attaching the legs to the TV, or mounting your TV using a wall mount.
Before attaching/detaching the stand, or wall mounting, be sure to turn the TV off and unplug the power cable, and always be careful not to place pressure on the screen to avoid damage.
To assemble your TV simply:
- Place the TV unit face down on a soft, flat surface (blanket, foam, cloth etc..) to prevent any damage to the screen.
- Attach the stand to the bottom of the TV using the included screws.
First, locate the letter indicating which leg should sit on which side, where "L" indicates the left side of the TV and "R" the right as you face the screen from the front:
Note: Always check that all screw holes in the leg line up with the holes in the TV.
Following this, use the included M4*14mm screws to install the legs into the corresponding holes on the TV:
If you prefer to mount your TV to the wall, you can use a wall mount, which is not included. Please see Which Wall Mount is Right for My TV?
The rear of the TV has four VESA mount screw holes, 200 x 200 using M6 x 10mm Screws:
Note:
- Always leave a space of at least 15cm on all sides of the TV clear for ventilation, and to avoid damage.
- If wall mounting, have a professional complete the installation to avoid danger.
