Controls
Start Press this button for three seconds to start the programme. |

Pressure-sealed Lid
When pressurised, the lid cannot be removed. Do not try and do so by force. If the cover needs to be opened, turn the appliance off and press the steam release button to ensure the steam is safely removed. Then rotate clockwise by the handle and lift. See below:

Before Use
Remove the inner pot and fill with food and water. Replace pot and turn to ensure good contact with the heating element. Always ensure the heating element and outer surface of the inner pot are clean.
Closing the Lid
Ensure the seal ring is well-positioned before closing the lid. Hold the handlebar and gently close the lid, rotate the lid anticlockwise to the limit. Make sure that the steam release valve is sealed after closing the lid. A sound will be heard and the appliance will enter standby mode.
Operation
Select a programme
- Power on the appliance: the appliance will sound and enter standby.
- Press the “MENU” button to select a cooking programme: press “+” or “-” to go back and forth when the appliance is on standby.
- Press “Start” for three seconds to start the selected programme.
Set Cooking Time
- Press the Menu button to select the cooking menu, then press “Timer/Temp” to enter cooking adjustment mode,
- Press “+” and “-” buttons to adjust pressure-holding time and temperature.
- Press “Start” for three seconds to start the selected programme.
(Temperature setting is available for some menus: press “Timer/Temp” twice to enter cooking time setting, once again to enter temperature setting.)
Keep Warm
- When cooking finishes, the appliance will automatically keep warm. The display will indicate the keep warm time in minutes.
- Press “Cancel/Keep Warm” for 3 seconds to keep warm during standby.
- Press “Cancel/Keep Warm” for 3 seconds to cancel the current programme during cooking. The appliance will enter standby.
- Press “Cancel/Keep Warm” to cancel the current setting enter mode.
- The maximum keep warm period is 24 hours. After 24 hours, the appliance will automatically enter standby.
Cooking Function: Rice
- Place rice in the inner pot and insert into the appliance.
- Use “Menu” to select frying mode, + and – buttons to set the Rice programme.
- Press “Start” for three seconds to start the selected programme.
Cooking Function: Frying
- Place food in the inner pot and insert into the appliance.
- Use “Menu” or + and – buttons to set mode, “Timer/Temp” to set the cooking time and temperature.
- Press “Start” for three seconds to start the selected programme.
Note: When the set temperature is reached, the appliance will sound and count down.

Cleaning & Care
- Always inspect the pressure limiting valve before and after use to ensure it is not blocked.
- Clean the aluminium lid after use, including the valves.
- Empty and clean the water collector after use.
- Unplug the device before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water to clean.
- Use a sponge or soft cloth
