If you are unable to connect to the internet on your tethered devices when using your Kogan Agora XS as a mobile hotspot, there may be an issue with your APN settings.
Note that this article only applies if you are using the Telstra network.
Disable your mobile hotspot before adjusting your APN settings.
In order to adjust the APN settings, open 'Settings' → 'Network & Internet' → 'Mobile network' → 'Access Point Names'
You will see a list of APNs, with your active APN already selected:
Tap on your active APN and scroll down to 'APN type':
Tap on 'APN type' and write ',DUN' onto the end:
Tap 'OK', tap on the right corner menu and select 'Save':
Once you have completed these steps, you can re-activate your mobile hotspot and connect your devices.
