Common Fixes
Problem |
Possible Solution |
Cannot pair |
Unpair, turn Bluetooth off on any previously-connected device and follow pairing procedure again (see “Bluetooth Pairing” in Operation, p4). |
Low volume or no sound on Bluetooth |
Raise volume on both connected device and soundbar. |
Bluetooth range short |
Remove obstructions between soundbar and device. |
Bluetooth disconnects

Remove obstructions between soundbar and device. |
Shorten distance between soundbar and device. |

No sound on HDMI
|
Connect to a different input and then to HDMI again. |
Ensure the source device is set to PCM audio output. |
|
Disable all HDMI CEC functions on source device, then reconnect to the soundbar. |

Poor Sound Quality
|
Ensure the media connected to the soundbar (e.g Phone on AUX) is turned up to its maximum volume before increasing the volume on the soundbar, then adjust BASS and TREBLE levels accordingly if needed. |
If there any loose objects on the same surface the soundbar is placed on, they may vibrate as the speaker plays causing unwanted sound. This includes possible loose cables. |

No power |
Ensure that the AC adapter is properly connected. |
Ensure that there is power at the AC outlet. |

Press the POWER button to turn the unit on. |
|
Remote control not working |
Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit. |
Insert the battery with its polarities (+/-) aligned as indicated. Please check the battery is installed correctly (see Remote section). |

Replace the battery (IMPORTANT: see Warnings in Battery section) |

Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit. |

No response from unit |
Disconnect and reconnect the AC adapter, then turn the unit on again. |
Unable to find soundbar in Bluetooth device list |
Ensure you have paired the unit with your Bluetooth enabled device. |
Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth enabled device. |
