Troubleshooting
Car Doesn't Run
- Are the contact brushes in contact with the track?
- Are the cars placed on the track in running direction?
- Have the tracks been connected closely?
- Are the tracks connected correctly?
- Check the control box, see if the generator controls the lane with the car on it.
- Is the connection to the power supply correct?
Car Runs Slowly
- Have the tracks been connected closely?
- Is there any dust and debris on the bottom of the car? If it affects the quality of play, it is recommended to clean the brush.
- Are the tracks free of any foreign objects?
Car Runs Off the Track
- Check if the bottom brush angle is higher than 45°. If it is too high, please adjust to 45°.
- Is the speed too fast? If the car is going too fast around bends, it can lift off from the track.
