Safety & Warnings
These tips are ways you can help prevent accidents while snorkelling
- This mask is only meant for use according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Improper use of the mask or use other than for snorkelling may result in injury or death.
- Never snorkel alone. Make sure that you and your partners have a safety check system in place.
- Know your limits and be careful. Your safety is more important than staying out too long. Return to the boat or shore and rest if needed. If necessary, request assistance to get back safely.
- Be familiar with your gear. Test your snorkel mask out in a pool before snorkelling in deeper water. Get used to breathing with it, especially if you have never snorkelled or used this particular equipment before.
- Be aware of the conditions. Always observe first and be aware of dangerous water conditions and adverse weather.
- Keep a light, steady pace. Control your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths.
- Take regular breaks. It is recommended to remove the mask and take a break at least once every 30 minutes of use. Make sure you are breathing fresh air during the break.
- Make sure you are hydrated before stepping foot in the ocean. Being dehydrated can make a lot of things difficult, including snorkelling.
- Watch out, some animals sting. Avoid touching animals, coral and plant life. It will help eliminate the chances of an accident.
- Do not participate in snorkelling if you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
Warning
Snorkelling and the use of this product involves an inherent risk of injury or death, which the participant assumes when engaging in the activity. These risks include but are not limited to:
- Drowning: Drowning is possible while snorkelling regardless of the equipment used. Most drowning occurs in less than 0.9m of water.
- Panic: Panic attacks while in the ocean are dangerous. If you feel a panic attack coming on, remove the mask and return to your boat or the shore immediately.
- Aggravation of a Medical Condition: If you have pre-existing medical conditions, you may be at a higher risk. Small levels of CO2 can buildup in the mask, which may cause headaches, a rise in blood pressure, blurry vision, hyperventilation or other breathing issues. Flush fresh air into the mask regularly.
- Exposure to the Elements: Ocean or other bodies of water contain dangerous conditions such as riptides, underwater obstacles, contact with dangerous animals or other dangers.
- Flotation device: Use of flotation device can provide additional safety for users of all skill levels. However, be aware that use of this product in association with a flotation device can create a drowning risk if the user passes out while floating face-up and obstructing the snorkel tube. Always snorkel with a partner and have a safety check system in place.

Instructions
- Check and make sure that mask and snorkel is clean and shake the snorkel lightly to make sure the floating ball is freely movable.
- Once the snorkel hits the O-ring seal, gently push it down to the bottom. You will hear a click sound when fastened properly.
- Breathe normally to check if there are any leaks. If you feel a slight pressure change when you breathe, then you have a good seal. If the mask is too loose or too tight, take the mask off your face and adjust the strap accordingly until there is no gap between your face and the silicone.
Cleaning & Care
Rinse the mask with fresh tap water after every use. Place it in warm water for several minutes after ocean snorkelling to prevent corrosion. Please hang mask in a shaded place to air dry.
