Match the notch on each rear wheel housing to the body. Push the wheels in at a 45-degree angle. When installed correctly, the rear wheels will flare out from the body. WARNING: The rear wheel housing cannot be removed once locked into place. |
Strike the rear wheels with a rubber mallet to secure them in place. You can use a regular hammer, but if so, use a block of wood between the hammer and wheel so the wheel is not damaged. |
Get the front wheels. |

Guide the front wheel shaft through the body, into the foam sheath and through the hole at the top of the body. | Strike the base of the front wheel assembly with a rubber mallet. The metal bearing should be seated securely in the body. | Fit the steering wheel into the top of the front wheel assembly. NOTE: Ensure the bolt is attached to the steering wheel as shown. |

Align the steering wheel with the smaller front wheels so that wide end of the steering wheel faces forward. NOTE: When the front wheels are assembled and resting on a flat surface, the smaller front wheels should not contact the ground. |
This step is critical to the performance of the product: Use a 17mm socket wrench OR screwdriver+hex key to tighten the nut as tight as possible. |
Push the cap into the steering wheel. |
Troubleshooting

Rear wheels detach | Product overloaded or subject to impact |
Fit wheel into housing so flat side of white clips contact wheel housing and snap wheel into place. Observe the maximum load weight. |
The steering wheel is loose or does not propel product | Steering wheel nut is loose or not tightened sufficiently during assembly |
Remove the cap from the steering wheel with a slot screwdriver and loosen the nut with a hex key Repeat steps 7-8, securing nut as tightly as possible |
