1. From the left-hand side, choose Contact Us and select the item you'd like to enquire about from your Order History:

3. Depending on whether or not you have received your order, please choose before or after:
4. Select the options closest to your query from the list, and don't forget to check the suggested articles to see if you can resolve this issue in our Help Centre, we have hundreds of articles designed to help you find the answer you're looking for!
If the Help Centre doesn't seem to have to answer you're looking for, please select Continue:
5. Expand on your query in the provided message box, providing as much detail as possible, as well as images or videos if you think they could be useful for our team:
6. If you are looking to return an item, please take note of the pop-up message and consider if a photo would speed things up for our team:
7. Once you've chosen Yes or No in the 'Attachment Confirmation' pop-up, you will then receive your conversation reference ID, which is a seven digit number.
Details about your query will be emailed to you at the address your Kogan.com is under, and you can search for the conversation in your inbox using the reference ID provided.
All future correspondence will also be sent to that email address.
