If you are experiencing a mark on your screen that looks similar to the image below, please carefully remove the protective layer of plastic from your screen if you have not already done so.
This is often simply a mark on the protective plastic applied to the unit during manufacturing and is not a fault with the unit. This plastic is designed to protect the screen from scratches during manufacture and transit and should be removed after delivery.
