If you checked out as a guest or have an inquiry prior to purchase, simply click on "New Customer" when prompted to create an account. If you already have a Kogan.com account, please click "Existing Customer" to login.
Once signed in, you'll be presented with three options - please select the one most relevant to your enquiry and click "Continue".
You will then be able to outline your enquiry as well as provide any relevant photo and video attachments.
Once submitted, our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
The Kogan.com Customer Care Team does not currently have an open phone line, however, our Customer Care Team will be happy to call you back if you prefer a phone call.
When requesting a callback, please provide as much information about your enquiry as possible so that we can best assist.
