- Login to or create a Kogan.com Account
- Go to your Order History and select the order you need help with
- Fill in the form and attach any relevant information

What if I don’t have an account?
You can still create one after placing your order! Just make sure that you create the account using the same email address you used on the order, and you will find your order history in your newly created account.
I can’t remember my password!
If you can't remember your Kogan.com Account password, you can follow the instructions in this article on how to reset it.
My purchase isn't in my order history!
This may have occurred if you accidentally used an old email address, or accidentally made a spelling error.
Please contact our customer service team so they can help locate your order details.
You can do this simply by selecting a different item from your order history and explaining in detail the situation using the form provided, they'll be happy to help.
