If you are located outside of a metro area, remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays due to their process of getting the item to your area.

We certainly understand any inconvenience caused by delays, however, it is quite normal and not a cause for concern if your item is delivered a few days later than anticipated, or after the estimated delivery date provided by the courier.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, the fastest way to get assistance is to contact your carrier directly and quote the tracking number (if available) to receive more detailed information about the delivery process.

Your dispatch confirmation email will also have these details.
If you will not be available on the day of delivery some couriers may be able to assist you with redirecting your delivery, or you can provide permission to deliver without a signature (for applicable items).
