If your laptop is not turning on or charging, please first attempt to leave the unit on charge for at least an hour before attempting to turn the unit on.
If the unit has been in storage for some time, the battery may have naturally depleted and may take some time to recharge. If in storage for extended periods of time, it is recommended to periodically charge the unit to keep the battery capacity high, as batteries naturally deteriorate and eventually completely die over time.
Make note if any lights turn on, or if any internal components like fans turn on.
Inspect the unit, charging port and power cord for any physical damage, or debris.
If you notice any damage to the power cord, please do not use it, and contact Kogan.com Support regarding the availability of a replacement cord.

If the unit has experienced any physical damage, internal components may have been damaged causing a battery issue, or a display issue that can cause the unit to appear to not be charging or turning on as the screen may not be displaying correctly.
While inspecting the unit, carefully check the screen for any sign of cracks or damage including beneath the glass, and this can cause the screen not to display anything, and can appear like the unit is not turning on.
For some Kogan laptop models, the charging cable can fit into the headphone port, however, this will not charge the unit.
If you own one of the following units and are experiencing this issue, please ensure your power cord is plugged into the charging port, and not the headphone port.
