If you are experiencing any issues with your orders or items, you can lodge a support request through your Kogan.com Customer Dashboard.
To do this, simply click on "Contact Customer Care" here.
If you checked out as a guest, simply click on "New Customer" when prompted, otherwise please select "Existing Customer".
Once signed in, you'll be able to see three options - please select the one most relevant to your enquiry and click "Continue".
If you have not yet made a purchase and have questions, please select Before I Buy. This will direct your enquiry to our Sales team.
If your enquiry is with an order you have already placed, or product you have already received, please select Something I ordered.
If your enquiry is specific to Kogan First, or about something else, please select Kogan First or Something Else.
You can then select the most relevant sub-question that matches your enquiry, include more detail in a free-text format and attach pictures and video as needed.
Once submitted, our Customer Care team will get back to as soon as possible.
The Kogan.com Customer Care team does not currently have an open phone line, however, they are happy to call you back if you prefer a phone call.
