If you are experiencing any issues with your orders or items, you can lodge a support request through your Kogan.com account.
To do this, log in to your Kogan.com account and head to your order history here.
If you checked out as a guest and did not use a Kogan.com account, you can create an account using the email you checked out with and link your order by following these steps:
- Go to the Order Confirmation email.
- Click on View Order button.
- You will be taken to the website and will be asked to log in or create an account.
Once completed, the Order History will be updated and the purchase will be visible.
You can then click 'View' next to the corresponding order and then choose 'Contact Support' for the item.
You can then fill out a quick form to ensure your query is sent to the correct team.
Please do not return your item prior to receiving a Return Authorisation number and label, as your item may not return to the correct location and may not be processed correctly.

If you are experiencing an issue with a Kogan Mobile item such as SIM card or prepaid voucher, we have a dedicated Kogan Mobile customer care team that can be reached 7 days a week between 8am to 8pm AEST by dialling 12612 on your Kogan Mobile handset (or visit the Kogan Mobile Help Centre here for a direct 1300 phone number)
Our Kogan.com Support Team is unable to access Kogan Mobile account information or able to assist with Kogan Mobile support queries.
Kogan.com Customer Care does not currently have an open phone line, however, our Customer Care Team will call you back if you prefer a phone call.
