Safety & Warnings
- Ensure the unit is affixed correctly onto the wall.
- The heater is to be installed so that the controls cannot be touched by a person who is using a bath or shower.
- This product can draw a large amount of power in certain circumstances. It is essential that the device is connected to a grounded power supply that has been installed by a professional inline with Australian Standards.
- This product should not share an outlet or powerboard with other devices, as doing so may trip the mains power, or could potentially damage your product.
- Always use a surge protected power board to power the device.
- Consult a qualified electrician or service technician if the power cord is damaged.
- Always store the heater when not in use.
- Make sure the heater has cooled down before storing it away.
- Do not use the heater in an infirm person’s living room without supervision.
- Ensure the heater keeps a certain distance away from other furniture or appliances, to avoid hazard or damage.
- If a stationary appliance is not fitted with the supply cord and a plug, or with other means for disconnection from the supply mains or being able to separate contact in all poles that provide full disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions, the instructions shall state that means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.
- Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging the environment and local area.
Before First Use
Read and follow all the instructions in this document even if you feel you are familiar with the product and find a place to keep it handy for future reference.
For your convenience record the complete model number (located on the product card) and the date you received the product together with your purchase receipt and warranty and service information. Retain this in the event that warranty service is required.
Noted: The rating of this product which is marked on the product brand card is based on the specific loading tests. Normal use or the use of other recommended attachments may draw differently.
Note: When the heater is first used you may detect some smell and smog, this is normal. When new, the protective oils used on the element during production will burn off on first use. Allow the appliance to heat up in an open environment and the smell will disappear over a short period.
Important Safety Guards
When using any electrical product, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
Warning: To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property:
This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.
Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own unless constant supervision is provided.
- Read all instructions carefully before using the product and keep them for future reference.
- Use only the voltage specified on the rating plate of the heater
- Do not cover the grilles, or block entry or exhaust of airflow by placing appliance against any surface and keep all objects at least 1 meter from the front, side and rear of the appliance.
- Do not place the product close to a radiant heat source.
- Do not use in areas near where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are used or stored.
- To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch the hot surface. Switch off and let cooling before moving.
- Do not immerse in liquid or allow water into the interior of the heater, as this could create an electrical shock hazard.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord, plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return to the qualified electrical person for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, service or repair.
- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands
- The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust or fluff in the heater. Ensure these deposits are removed regularly by unplugging the heater and vacuum cleaning air vents and grilles.
- Do not use this product near windows because rain may cause electric shock.
- Do not use an abrasive cleaning appliance. Clean with a damp cloth (not wet) rinsed in soapy water only, always remove the plug from the mains supply before cleaning.
- Do not connect the appliance to the mains voltage until completely installed and adjusted.
- Do not use the product in the immediate surrounds of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool or other liquids.
- Switch off and let surface cooling before moving.
- Do not damage the power cord or keep it tightly coiled.
- Using an extension cord with this product is not recommended.
- Disconnect the power cord when not operating the heater.
- Do not allow the cord to come into contact with the heated surface during operation.
- Do not run the cord in a location that people walk. Tripping on the cord poses a serious risk to yourself and the heater.
- Do not twist, kink or wrap the cord around the heater, as this may cause the insulation to weaken and split. Always ensure that the cord is handled carefully.
- Do not store the heater while it is still hot.
- Do not use this appliance with another programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, as this poses a serious fire risk.
- The cover of this appliance is intended to protect direct access to the heating elements and must be in place when the appliance is in working state. This should never be removed.
- Use this product based on the intended use described in this manual. Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause a fire, electric shock or injury.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- CAUTION - Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention must be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- The installation instructions for heaters for mounting at a high-level state that the heater must be installed at least 1.8 m above the floor.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This heater is not suitable to be used on long pile carpets or flokati rugs, or any other surface that may be a fire risk.

Operation
- Before first use, please read the entire manual
- Take out the heater from the carton carefully, please save the carton for off-season storage.
- Firmly fix the heater according to the installation instructions.
- Do not use the same socket with other high-power appliance to avoid overloading.
- Switch ON
- Once the heater is correctly positioned and the heater is connected to power, turn on the power switch, and the light will begin flashing.
- Press “
” to turn on the heater. The screen will show the temperature of the room, if it is lower than the preset temperature, the heater will begin working. The indicator light will blink.
- Lock Function
- Press the “
” button and then press the “
” and the “LOCK” indicator will light up. All keys will become locked when the lock function is activated.
- Display screen ON/OFF function
- Press “
”, the screen will power off but indication light will be lit. Press “
” again and the screen will be lit again.
- Temperature Setting
- Press “
” or “
” to set the temperature. Pressing “
” or “
” will increase or decrease the temperature by 1°C. The maximum is 45°C, the lowest is 5°C. Finally, set the temperature to your preferred temperature. The system will automatically save the set temperature and automatically return to operational status. The current room temperature will be displayed.
- Timing switch OFF setting
- Press the “
” button, “88” will flash. Then press the “
” or “
” buttons, and you can set the time. The minimum timer length is one hour, the maximum is 9 hours. Each time you press the “
” or “
” the time will increase or decrease by 1 hour. After your preferred timer has been set, the system will automatically save and return to operational status. The temperature and time will be shown in intervals on the display.
- Switch OFF
- Press “
” button to put the heater into standby, and the light will flash.
- Turn off the power switch, the heater is in shutdown.
Warning: This heater heats up when in use. To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surface.
- Service
- When your unit requires servicing, contact the local dealer or qualified service centre.
- Replacement of Power Cord
- In the event that the power cord shows any signs of damage, cease use immediately. Contact the point of purchase for assistance.
- Child Supervision
- This appliance is not intended to be used by children or infirm persons without supervision.

- Use the provided screws to install two brackets onto the heater, as shown in figure A.
- Use the provided screws to install two brackets onto the wall, as shown in figure B.
- Fasten the wall mounted brackets and the heater mounted brackets with the provided screws, as shown in figure C.
Ceiling installation: The distance from the wall to the heater should be greater than 200mm, as shown in Figure 1.
Double ceiling installation: Two heaters are connected through a connecting frame, which is installed on the ceiling, as shown in Figure 2.
Wall mounting: The distance from the ground to the heater should be greater than 2200mm. And the distance from the surrounding walls or ceiling should be greater than 200mm, as shown in Figure 3.

Bare Cables/No Plug (3000W)
You may notice that the 3000W unit will arrive with naked cables or a missing power plug as pictured below.
Please note, this is normal and is expected as this unit is intended to be installed by a qualified electrician, as outlined on the product listing.
