If your phone is powering on into 'safe' mode or 'test' mode, this is typically a sign that one of the volume buttons is being held down while the unit is being turned on or restarted.
If this is not being pressed by you, check that this button is not stuck, bent, damaged or jammed in.
If you are using a case or cover, please check that this is not putting too much pressure on the button by simply removing the case and restarting the phone.
Please note, you only need to hold the power/lock button to turn the unit on.
