Put the barking-stop device onto dogs:
Adjust the neck strap to the size of the dog's neck and cut off the excess of the strap.
Singe the end of the strap with a lighter to stop it from fraying.
With the collar on the dog's neck, aim the spray nozzle vertically at the dog's nose. The collar should be tight but leave enough room for a finger width between the collar and the dog's neck.
For dogs with long fur, trim the fur on the path for spraying to ensure that the mist will reach the dog's nose.
During first use, the spray may scare some dogs and provoke them in anger to their confusion. They will become used to the system with time but it is the responsibility of the owner to analyse how their dog reacts to the system.
If the spray collar is causing your dog too much stress and provoking them it is advised to stop using the system.
