- You have just made your purchase (please allow 5-10 minutes for your order to process and for the Change Address button to appear on your Order History).
- Your order status is in the final stages of processing and the address is unable to be changed.
Simply sign in to your Kogan.com account by using the email address used to place your order, then navigate to your Order History.
