In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, we process orders as quickly as we can.
Your order history will give you an indication of whether or not we can still make changes to your order.
Simply go to your Account Dashboard, sign in or create an account using the email address you used on your order, and you will be able to view the status of your order.
If your item is "Processing in Warehouse", we can no longer amend your address, but you might be able to do this directly with the carrier once your item is on its way.
If your order is not yet "Processing in Warehouse", you should have the option to "Change Address" in your customer account.
