- Read all instructions before using the appliance and retain for reference.
- This product can draw a large amount of power in certain circumstances. It is essential that the device is connected to a grounded power supply that has been installed by a professional inline with Australian Standards.
- This product should not share an outlet or powerboard with other devices, as doing so may trip the mains power, or could potentially damage your product.
- Always use a surge protected power board to power the device.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is designed for indoor consumer use: follow directions and use only as described.
- Do not use with an extension cord unless necessary, and if so, ensure it is suitably rated and it is handled safely as is the product's own power cord:
- Do not allow the power cord to be exposed to water, heat, direct sunlight or overhang where it can be pulled or otherwise be damaged or pose a hazard.
- Unplug from electrical outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before filling with water, emptying, or cleaning.
- Avoid contact with hot parts and take care to avoid steam. Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from hot parts to prevent burns. Burns can occur by touching hot parts, hot water, or steam.
- Allow the unit to cool before storing.
- Use of incorrect accessories may cause fire, electrical shock, or injury.
- Always turn the switch to the “Off” position before plugging in or unplugging the unit.
- Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam.
- Do not operate steamer without properly filling the water container. Unplug the appliance
during filling and cleaning. - Remove the power plug by the plug and not the cord.
- To reduce the likelihood of a circuit overload, do not operate another high-wattage appliance on the same circuit as your steamer.
- To reduce the risk of contact with hot water and steam, always check the appliance for steam leaks. Operate the base, hose, handle, and nozzle for steam leaks.
- This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. If it suffers any failure or damage, cease usage and contact Kogan Support after consulting the Troubleshooting section of this manual.

Assembly
- Unpack and ensure all parts have been received in good order.
- Fully extend the telescopic pole by opening the clips and extending the poles. Close the clips to secure the poles (Figure 1). Ensure the pole is securely locked into place and cannot be pushed down.
NOTE: The Telescopic Pole must be fully extended during steamer operation to ensure there is sufficient height for steaming.
- Insert the bottom of the poles into the pole bases (Figure 2) and ensure the pole does not move.
- Attach the iron holder on the telescopic pole (Figure 3), and attach the steam nozzle on its holder (Figure 4).
CAUTION: Do not install upside down (Figure 5): the Nozzle can fall off and pose danger.
- Attach the connecting rod to the poles (Figure 6). To attach the hanger attachment, align the hole of hanger with pole top and push it down (Figure 7).
- Attach the clothes hanger to the pole top hanger by aligning the clothes hanger hole with pole hanger tab and pushing it down into place (Figure 8).
- Installation of an ironing board will depend on the particular model: refer to instruction its instructions.
- Remove the ironing board and align it to the holes of either side of the poles and, screw in the M8 screws by hand. (Figure 9)
- Attach the two supported poles to the hook of the extension poles. (Figure 10)
- Place foam on the ironing board and cover with a cloth.
Operation
- Unscrew the safety cap and fill with water (Figure 11).
CAUTION: Use only water, for best results distilled or de-mineralised. - Replace the safety cap (Figure 12) shows, be sure the cap screw tighten with boiler, otherwise there is steam leakage from there.
- Press the On/Off switch and the switch will illuminate. It will pre-heat for 3 minutes before the steam is ready. (Figure 13)
CAUTION: If there is no steam produced, turn the appliance off immediately. Dry boiling will affect the service life or damage the appliance.
Steam Pressing
Vertical Ironing
Place garment on clothes hanger, place the hanger on Hanger Hook, fold the ironing board and start ironing.
CAUTION: Before ironing, set temperature according to the material of clothes (Figure 15).
Temperature Setting
Turn the knob to the relevant indicator. Turn clockwise to increase temperature and counterclockwise to decrease.
Try out iron: After setting temperature, it’s better to try on clothes and ensure the temperature is not too high or not. If the temperature is too high that will burn the clothes.
CAUTION: Do not press steam button when setting the temperature, otherwise the Hot Steam may escape from the nozzle to burn.
Horizontal Ironing
Lay down the ironing board and adjust to a suitable height. Place garment on the ironing board and start ironing (Figure 16).
WARNING: Never unscrew the fill cap during use, only after all pressure has been released.
Refilling Water
To refill the water once empty:
- Unplug from the electrical outlet.
- Unscrew the safety cap slowly, ensuring that the residual steam has finished escaping.
- Use the measuring cup and funnel to fill, being carefully not to let the water leak out.
- Replace the safety cap and resume use.
Cleaning & Care
Storage
- Turn the On/Off Switch to “Off”.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Allow the unit to cool for 40 minutes.
- Remove the clothes hanger, hook and ironing board from the telescopic pole.
- Tilt the appliance and unscrew the bottom drain plug to drain away the remaining water. It is better to loosen the safety cap before unscrewing the drain plug (Figure 17). Replace the safety cap and the drain plug before storage.
CAUTION: Do not replace the safety cap white the appliance is still hot or you risk burns occurring from contact with hot steam.
Cleaning
It is recommend to follow this procedure at least once a month.
- Turn the On/Off Switch to “Off”.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Allow the unit to cool for 40 minutes.
- Remove the telescopic pole, hook hanger and nozzle and put them aside.
- Mix a solution of 50% vinegar and 50% water. IL is usually sufficient,
- Unscrew the safety cap, fill to with solution and turn on for 30 minutes.
- Unscrew the drain plug and drain into sink and then rinse with fresh water.
- Flush with fresh water until the vinegar smell dissipates.
- Replace safety cap and drain plug and reattach the telescopic pole, hook hanger and nozzle. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a wet cloth.
- If the surface of the appliance is dirty, use a dry cloth or 30% alcohol solution to clean.
