Troubleshooting
Issue |
Steps to Resolve |
Cannot pair |
Unpair, turn Bluetooth off on any previously-connected device and follow pairing procedure again (see “Bluetooth Pairing” in Operation, p4). |
Low volume or no sound on Bluetooth |
Raise volume on both connected device and soundbar. |
Bluetooth range short |
Remove obstructions between soundbar and device. |
Bluetooth disconnects |
Remove obstructions between soundbar and device. |
No sound on HDMI |
Connect to a different input and then to HDMI again. Ensure the source device is set to PCM audio output. |
Poor Sound Quality |
Ensure the media connected to the soundbar (e.g Phone on AUX) is turned up to its maximum volume before increasing the volume on the soundbar, then adjust BASS and TREBLE levels accordingly if needed. If there any loose objects on the same surface the soundbar is placed on, they may vibrate as the speaker plays causing unwanted sound. This includes possible loose cables. |
