Weather Function
To use the weather function on the watch, ensure the watch is connected to the app, and has been synced.
The phone will locate your city when you open the app and get the weather information according to your longitude and latitude. Please note, the app can only update weather information every hour.
When the watch is connected and synced with the app, the weather data will be added to the watch. 5 days’ worth of data is synced, however, only the current day’s information will be shown.
If there are issues with the app determining your location, or updating the weather information, please confirm that you have enabled location permissions in the application settings via your phone’s main settings, as well as location services/GPS and mobile data or Wi-Fi enabled on your phone.
For Android, this will be Settings > Apps > HitFit > Your Location
For iOS, this will be Settings > HitFit > Location > While Using the App/Always
Sports Mode

The watch will ask whether you wish to track your heart rate or GPS when you have finished entering these settings. Please note, activating GSP tracking will result in a more accurate distance measurement.
When GPS is enabled, the watch will remind you that the function works best in a large open area free from trees and tall buildings to avoid interference.
During sports mode, the watch will show current time, sport mode, distance, speed, heart rate (if enabled) and sports mode time.
If the GPS symbol in the top right-hand corner is grey, this means GPS is off. If this is red, this means that GPS is on but it failed when trying to locate you. If this is red and looks like an upside-down teardrop shape, this means GPS on and it has been successful in locating you.
If the watch failed in locating you, you can begin your activity while it is still attempting to locate you, however, if it does not locate you for a long time, attempt to restart the sports mode.
Press the sports mode button on the top right side of the watch to enter sports record. If you started a sport and went back to the home screen, this button can also help you immediately enter your sports mode.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do iPhones need to connect to the watch twice?
The watch’s Bluetooth is dual-mode; Bluetooth 3.0 and 4.0. 3.0 is traditional Bluetooth while 4.0 is BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). iPhones need to connect twice as it can only connect to 4.0 through the app, and 3.0 through the phone’s Bluetooth settings. Android can connect to both through the app, so there is no need to connect through the phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Why won’t the time sync when the watch is connected with the app?
Please check that “time sync” is turned on in your watch settings. If it is not turned on, the time will not sync when connected. If it is turned on, the time will sync automatically when it is connected.
Why does the Bluetooth icon change from dark blue to a gradient?
On iPhones, the dark blue colour indicates that the watch is connected via the app successfully, but as this is Bluetooth 4.0, the watch cannot “find your phone”. Please connect your phone via the phone’s Bluetooth settings so it can also connect with Bluetooth 3.0. The icon should then change to a gradient, indicating that the watch can “find your phone”.
What if I choose ‘cancel’ when there is a pop-up request to pair information every time after the phone was connected to the watch successfully?
If you choose to cancel, the data on the watch can still sync to the app, but the data on the app such as personal settings, time, date, etc. cannot sync to the watch.
Why can’t I receive notifications on my watch sometimes?
Please check whether the notification is in your phone’s notification bar or not. If this is already on your phone’s notification bar, check that the settings in your app and in your phone’s settings are activated to allow notifications. If these are on but there are no notifications appearing, restart your phone.
Why can’t the content of notifications be shown?
The contents of the notification on the watch mirrors the phone’s notification bar.
Why can’t my power bank/charging base fully charge the watch?
The provided power bank can only charge 50% of the watch, the watch must be connected to a 5V 2A charger to fully charge.
Why is my power bank/charging base not connecting to my watch to charge?
Check that the cable and connections are not damaged or dirty. Wipe the watch and charging ports gently with a clean, dry paper towel or cloth. Check that your power bank has charge.
