Change Of Mind Returns:
If you are unhappy with your item, made an incorrect purchase or simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of receipt under our Change of Mind Policy for any of the following brands:
Kogan, Fortis, Ovela, Certa, Estelle, Scharfen, Komodo, Pawever, Bubbli, Orbis, Ergolux, Trafalgar, Shangri La, Cookmaster, Bella Vita, Vostok, Kromo and Pestill branded products.
A Change of Mind return is only eligible for a Kogan.com account credit, which you can then use towards a replacement item or your next purchase.
To confirm if your item is eligible for a return, please check the listing of the item you purchased and scroll down to the Warranty & Returns Policy section:
Please note: some items under these brands are ineligible for returns under any circumstances due to health and safety concerns. If this is the case for your item, this will be stated on the product listing.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, must be in a new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
Once you have confirmed that your item can be returned as per our Change of Mind Policy, you can lodge a support request through your Kogan.com account.
To do this, log in to your Kogan.com account and head to your order history here.
Click 'View' next to the corresponding order and then choose 'Contact Support' for the item.
You can then fill out a quick form to ensure your query is sent to the correct team.
Please do not return your item prior to receiving a Return Authorisation number and label, as your item may not return to the correct location and may not be processed correctly.

If your item is faulty or not working as you expect, please have a look at our Help Centre here as we have many available articles that may assist you with your issue.
Please ensure you have a look at the user manual for your item (if available) as many of these include troubleshooting tips for various issues.

When you submit an enquiry for a warranty claim, you will be sent some troubleshooting articles that might assist you with your product while you wait.
The more information, photos and videos you can provide, the faster we can resolve the issue for you.
Please note, if your item is outside of warranty, we may not be able to proceed with a warranty claim, however, we are happy to assist with any issues.
