In order to provide the most efficient service, our warehouses are highly automated dealing with thousands of orders each day. Because of this, it is not always possible to halt an order once it has been received.
Please note, unless your item is on presale, there is only a small window of time in which we can cancel an order, typically less than an hour.
If changes need to be made to your order, such as cancelling an item or updating the delivery address, please visit your Order History in the Customer Dashboard.
The cancel order option will not be available if your order is already being processed for dispatch, as it is no longer able to be halted and will be handed over to the courier shortly.
Please note, if you would like to amend your order, the easiest way is to cancel your order and place it again.
You can visit your Kogan Account Dashboard to see if order amendment options are available for your purchase.
If you do not yet have a Kogan account you can create one using the email you checked out with and link your order by following these steps:
- Go to the Order Confirmation email.
- Click on the View Order button.
You will be taken to our website and will be asked to log in or create an account, which will then link your purchases and make them visible in your Order History.
