- Read all instructions before using the appliance and retain for reference.
- Adult supervision is required for use by children.
- The nozzle tip will reach high temperatures during use and can cause burns if touched. Not suitable for children under 5.
- Always wear the included finger grips to avoid injury caused by the nozzle tip.
- Do not hit the nozzle tip on any hard objects.
- Do not insert any other material into the filament loading hole.
- Do not exceed the filament diameter tolerance of +/- 0.02mm.
- Unload filament after each use.
- Do not allow the pen to become wet.
- Use only the original supplied USB power cable.
- This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. If it suffers any failure or damage, cease usage and contact Kogan Support after consulting the Troubleshooting section of this manual.
CAUTION: Use only PCL filament with this product.

Operation
- Connect power to 3D Pen: Connect the power cable from a USB power supply (not included) and to the pen’s 3.5mm power socket. The pen will go into standby.
- Put on finger grips in order to avoid injury when using the product.
- Start printing: By pressing “ON/OFF/Speed” Button, the nozzle will start heating and the display will show current and set temperature. The set temperature will be reached within 30 seconds (±31°C). Speed will default to "High" speed.
- Loading filament: Insert filament into the filament loading hold, press “load/inject” button. Click once for manual injection or double-click for automatic injection.
- Speed adjustment: Pressing the speed button to cycle between low, medium and high speed.
- Unloading filament: In order to avoid blocking the nozzle, do the following before unloading:
- Press Load/Inject button to draw out melted filament from the tip.
- Press Unload button to upload and press for another 2 seconds to stop.
Note: The pen will go into standby after 3 minutes without use. Press on/off to wake.
