To perform a factory reset please follow the steps below using your remote (while in DTV mode):

Press Menu.

Press '2, 0, 0, 8' from the keypad of the remote.

Scroll down to "Reset All," "Initial," or "Default Setting" and press "OK."

Select "Yes" and press "OK."
This will turn your TV off, completing the reset procedure.
Please turn your TV back on, and scan the channels again.
