Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
This will provide you with a tracking number and the courier information.
Please note: many items have varying dispatch timeframes. Please double check the listing for your item to confirm the dispatch timeframe prior to lodging an enquiry.
If you purchased an item on 'Presale', this means that the stock is not currently available, but will be soon. Once the presale date arrives, your order will be fulfilled and your tracking information sent out.
You can check your order status by logging into your Kogan.com Account.
Once logged in click "Order History" in the drop-menu.
You can then click "View" next to the relevant ordered item.
On this page you will be able to see the order status of your items, including the estimated dispatch timeframe and any relevant tracking numbers.
