Some products may be sent separately as different items are supplied by different warehouses.
Once each item has left the warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your carrier details. You can also view the status of every item in your customer account portal by logging in and going to your order history. You can do this by following the instructions below:
Head to your order history.
Click "View" next to the order.
Click "Track Delivery" next to the dispatched item.
In the case that you've ordered multiple items but only received one tracking number, usually, the items are delivered together, but it's not unusual for them to get separated in transit.
If the entirety of your order has not arrived within 3 business days of one item being delivered, please contact the courier for further information.
