We source and ship our products from all over the country, and sometimes the world, so some products may be sent separately even if you purchased them at the same time.
Once each item has left the warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with each item's own tracking and carrier details.
You can also view the status of your order in your customer account portal by logging in and following the instructions below
1. Head to your Kogan.com Account - Order History
2. Click "View" next to the order.
3. Click "Track Delivery" next to the dispatched item to view the delivery scans
In the case that you've ordered multiple items but only received one tracking number, usually, the items are delivered together, but it's not unusual for them to get separated in transit.
To check if you've got multiple items under one tracking number, it's best to copy your tracking number and check directly on the courier's website, as their scans can be more details than those in your account.
If the entirety of your order has not arrived within 3 business days of one item being delivered, please contact the courier for further information, or reach out to our team by selecting 'Contact Support' as shown in the above screenshot.
