To change how often you receive Kogan.com emails, or to unsubscribe, follow the steps in this guide. The steps are slightly different depending on whether you already have a Kogan.com account, so click on the relevant option below to expand the section and view all the steps:
At the bottom of every Kogan.com email are some helpful links.
If you would like to unsubscribe from Kogan.com emails and you do not have an account, scroll down to the bottom of any Kogan.com email and click 'Unsubscribe':
The prompt will allow you to choose if you want to reduce the number of emails that you receive, or completely unsubscribe.
Select your subscription preferences using the checkboxes and click the button, or if you wish to unsubscribe from all emails, click the 'here' link at the bottom.
Once you confirm you have confirmed your preferred settings, a message will confirm your settings were changed successfully:
If you have an existing Kogan.com account, you can unsubscribe in your Customer Dashboard.
To unsubscribe from Kogan.com marketing material, click here, or, in your Customer Dashboard, navigate to the drop down menu on the home page, and click 'Subscriptions and Alerts':
If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to. Sign in to your account using your credentials, or through Google or Paypal.
Once you are signed in, you can manage your subscriptions and alerts.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under 'Unsubscribe from all' click the 'UNSUBSCRIBE' button next to 'All Kogan Retail Emails':
