To perform a factory reset please follow the steps below using your remote (while in DTV mode):
Press '1, 1, 4, 7' from the keypad of the remote.
Scroll down to "Reset All" or "Initial".
Select "Recall Fact Data" and "Start" or "OK".
Select "Yes" and press "OK".
This will turn your TV off, completing the reset procedure.
Please turn your TV back on, and scan the channels again.
If your TV is still having issues, please try performing a power cycle.
