Some of our TVs have a master power switch and come out of the factory with this switch set to 'OFF'.
This switch will be located either next to the power cable on the back of the TV, in the bottom right-hand corner of the TV, or under the right-hand side speaker.
Please ensure that you have this switch set to 'ON'. Please then try and turn your TV on.
The hard power switch will look similar to the below picture:
If you have attempted using the manual button on the TV and using the remote, please attempt the following:
- Unplug it from the main power socket, leave it for 10-15 minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
- Try connecting it to a different wall socket.
- Try different batteries in your remote.
TVs have an IR receiver, which reads the signal sent from your remote to function.
Typically, this will be a small sensor located at the bottom of the TV:
In the event that this is blocked or obstructed, the TV will not function. Always ensure that this is clearly visible and there is no tape or other items blocking the sensor.
