Factory Reset - Smart TVs

To perform a factory reset please follow the steps below using your remote (while in DTV mode):

1. Press the 'Input/Source' Button.

2. Press '2, 5, 8, 0' on the keypad of the remote.

3. Scroll down to "Reset All" and press "OK".

4. Select "Yes" and press "OK".

This will turn your TV off, completing the reset procedure.

Please turn your TV back on, and scan the channels again.
