You may find that there are tiny spots on your TV that are not showing the correct colours. If this is the case, your TV or monitor likely has a stuck or dead pixel.
If the pixel is always black, it is likely dead and not stuck, in which case you should contact our Customer Care Team.
If the pixel is one colour, or sometimes changes colours, the pixel is likely stuck. Stuck pixels tend to go away with time, but there are a few techniques you can try to speed up the process.
First, try leaving the screen on for an extended period, overnight if possible.
Next, you should play media designed to free stuck pixels. Two free tools we recommend can be found below.
Warning: This method involves flashing lights. Do not open either of the below links if you have epilepsy. |
Once these are loaded onto your screen, play either of them for at least an hour.
This should free any stuck pixels on your panel, and you should be able to resume normal viewing once you have followed the steps above.
If this has not rectified the issue, please contact our Customer Care Team.
