Any SIM cards purchased with standard shipping will be sent via regular post, this means that they will not have any tracking number attached.
If your order has been sent via regular post, it will be stated in your dispatch confirmation email.
All other items, including SIM cards purchased with express shipping, will be sent with a tracking number which will be available in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you have not received your tracking number, your order might not have been dispatched yet. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the Order in your Order History.
