Factory Reset & Hard Reset - Always a good first step for basic problems

Many smart TVs will have an option to perform a factory reset through the TV settings.
Consult your User Manual for further information.
Hard resetting, also known as power cycling, involves cutting the power from the unit and clearing the basic short-term memory that the unit holds. This can resolve issues caused by basic glitches.
1. Unplug the unit from the main power socket and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. Press and hold the power button (if your tv has one) for 5 seconds. If your TV does not have a power button, please skip this step.
3. Connect the TV to the power and turn it back on.
Firmware Upgrades - For software, audio, tuning and display issues
Updating or reinstalling the firmware in your TV can resolve many issues with your TV such as bootlooping/restarting, freezing, stuck on boot up, app problems, amongst other software or firmware related issues.
Search for your TV's product code (usually beginning with KALED) into the search bar at the top of your screen for specific firmware updates. Alternatively, locate your product code in the table below and click the link.
You can find your product code on a label on the rear of your TV.
